- Customers dressed in the themed costume* will receive $1.00 off admission price. Admission is $9.00 per person and skate rental is an additional $4.00 per person. This payment is due at the box office on the day of the event. Costumes that apply includes dressing up as your favorite figure skater, hockey player, and anime, comic or movie character.
*Costumes must be family-friendly, no bulky costumes, should not be longer than your ankles so as not to trip over your costume on the ice, and no large accessories or hand-held accessories (such as large wings, or wands or staff-like items) are allowed on the ice. All parts of your costumes must be safely secured and not fall off on the ice. - Everyone must pay for admission to be admitted inside the building whether or not you are skating. No exceptions.
- For payment we take cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover, and Fairfax Ice Arena's discount skating card and un-expired practice cards. Other offers, college special rates, coupons, Groupon, promotions, and group rates DO NOT APPLY.
- This event is a family-friendly event. Fairfax Ice Arena reserves the right to ask any attendee disturbing the event to leave the premises with no refund.
- The box office will open at 7:30 PM.
- There will be two lines outside the building, one line at each entrance door. The lines can begin forming outside the building at both entrance doors NO EARLIER than 7 PM.
- Do not loiter and wait inside the building before the event time. Do not block entrance doors.
- Be mindful, and do not disturb our patrons who are attending their group lessons from 6:30 PM - 8:20 PM.
- If one person is paying for admission and skate rentals, please make sure all your guests that you are paying for are with you before you get in line.
- Be ready with your skate rental ticket and your shoe size information when you get inside to the skate rental counter. Skate sizes will be SMALLER than your shoe size. You want the skates to fit snug and be laced up all the way.
- Helmet rentals are free and available at the skate rental counter.
- Wear long socks, tights or leggings / pants, gloves, jacket, bring your own helmet for best fit.
- We do not have skating aids (i.e., penguins) for you to hold on to.
- There may be flashing disco lights.
- The DJ will not be taking requests during the event. Put in your song requests ahead of time in the event registration form.
- All attendees must wear their admission wristband during the entire event.
- All attendees who have paid for admission will be given ONE RAFFLE TICKET per paid admission until 9:15 PM. Once inside, place your raffle ticket in the designated raffle ticket entry box.
- The raffle drawing will take place and be announced at 9:30 PM. You must be present when the prize is announced to claim your prize.
- There will be refreshments served while supplies last.
- Staff who are attending the event are asked to fill out the form to reserve their spot. There will be a staff on duty at the staff entrance. Staff may only receive ONE RAFFLE TICKET. Staff entrance is reserved for current staff only. No families or friends of staff are allowed to enter through the staff entrance. Staff attending the event are required to wear a wristband during the entire event and are not allowed in any offices and employees-only areas during the event.

If there is a raffle, customers will receive one raffle ticket per paid admission until 9:15 PM. Raffle drawing will take place and be announced at 9:30 PM. You must be present when the prize is announced to claim your prize. One drawn raffle ticket winner will receive one of the prizes below. Be sure to place one half of your raffle ticket in the designated box for one of the prizes below.
