Register now for the fall group ice skating lessons.
Classes are grouped by age and skating levels: ages 4-6, 7-13, and 14-Adults, for beginner to advanced skating levels. Learn the fundamentals of ice skating to progress into more specific skating disciplines and a wide variety of skating opportunities.

Ghosts, witches and more will be at Fairfax Ice arena at our Halloween on Ice. Get your costume on and join us for a fun skate, and costume parade. There will be random raffle prizes awarded and games. There will be 3 prizes awarded for each age group: 6 and under, 7-9, and 10-13.

Public skate hours are the designated times open to general public. Purchase your public skate admission and skate rental in-person at the box office.
On Monday, October 13, there will be one Holiday Public Skate from 11:15-4:45 PM. Holiday admission rate applies.
There will be no group classes held on Monday, October 13. This is a group lesson holiday and does not affect the amount of your classes in your session.

Register now to perform a group or solo performance
The annual winter holiday ice show is a great way for skaters ages 4 and up to showcase their skating skills, and learn performance skills, teamwork and choreography. To participate in the show, register at the lesson office for a group performance class, or a solo / small group performance.

Fairfax Ice Arena is an indoor ice rink located in Fairfax, Virginia, and is open all year round. Ice skate during one of our daily Public Skate sessions and Holiday Public Skate sessions. Learn to ice skate in our Fairfax Ice Arena Skating School group lesson program for beginners to advanced levels for kids, teens and adults. The Girl Scouts Open House is held every Saturday in November, during our 12-3:45 PM public skate session. Girl Scouts with reservations will receive a reduced public session admission rate. The free one 20-minute beginner lesson is available for girl scouts with reservations for the lesson and the Girl Scouts Open House public session admission rate for the day of the lesson. Space is limited.
