We take great care to ensure you receive the best service and get the right skate. Our staff are trained to help you with all of your skating equipment, and equipment service needs. We stock popular brands and service every item we sell.

High-level skaters who need consultations, custom boot orders, boot fittings, blade sharpening, and other services are available by appointment only with Marlon and John. They have more than 20 years of experience with fitting and servicing figure and hockey skates, and equipment. They train directly with skate manufacturers and work with high-level national and international competitive athletes, show skaters, and coaches.

Are you looking to purchase figure skates or hockey skates?

Skate fit is critical to a safe and successful skate. With purchasing skates, unlike purchasing shoes, the skater must be fitted and assessed in-person.

Walk-ins for beginner to intermediate skaters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis or you may book an appointment a week in advance.
There are no walk-ins for fitting and other services for high-level skaters. An appointment is required for high-level skaters and must be booked a week in advance.
There is a non-refundable fitting fee of $35 on all fittings for figure skates and hockey skates that is due on the day of your fitting appointment. If you decide to purchase with us, the fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.
The last skate fitting is taken one hour before the Pro Shop closes.

Consultations (appointment only)
High-level skaters must book an appointment for consultations with Marlon or John. If you know what boot and blade you need to purchase or try on, book an appointment for a fitting.

Boot Fitting (walk-ins are first-come first-serve based on staff availability; appointment only for high level skaters)
There is a non-refundable fitting fee deposit of $35 on our figure skating boots and hockey skates on the day of your fitting appointment. Higher-level skaters must book an appointment a week in advance for a fitting with Marlon or John. There are no walk-ins for boot fittings for higher-level skaters.

Skate Sharpening (drop-off service, pick-up is a minimum 24 hours after drop-off, no walk-ins)
We provide skate sharpening for figure and hockey skates. You do not need an appointment to drop-off your skates for skate sharpening. Skates must be dropped off at the Pro Shop during Pro Shop open hours only, and can be picked up at a later date. If you drop-off your skates on Friday evening through Saturday, your skates will be ready on Monday evening.

Appointments for sharpening can be made a week in advance. If you have an appointment, the customer can drop their skates off on the date and time of their appointment and wait for their skates to be sharpened to take home that same day.

Blade Mounting (appointment only, no walk-ins)
We provide blade mounting services, and rivet and screw replacements for figure and hockey skates. The skater must be present to mark-up the skate and or try the skate on. This service requires an appointment during our available skate hours.

Boot Reconditioning (appointment only, no walk-ins)
Stretching boots or boots punched, remounting, plugging and waterproofing services are also available. This service requires an appointment, may require two days before pick-up, and may require you to return during available skate hours.
