Party Package​

Party Package Includes:

  • 10 public ice skating admissions and skate rentals
  • Reserved area for your party 
  • Table and benches
  • 10 Drinks
  • 2 extra large pizzas
  • Invitation cards for you to give to your guests (if requested, must be picked up in-person)
  • Tablecloth, plates, napkins, and utensils
  • Set up and clean up​

Weekday

Weekend and holiday ​

​Party One-Time Beginner Group Lesson – $79 (Not available from November through April)

Get a 30-minute beginner group lesson for up to 12 of your guests. The 30-minute beginner group lesson will begin off-ice in your party room before getting on the ice. At the scheduled start time of the lesson, guests taking the lesson must have their skates on and be ready in their party room for their skates to be checked. The instructor will go over a safety lesson off-ice and then go to the ice for their on-ice lesson. This party package add-on is based on availability and must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. You will receive a phone call to confirm a scheduled time for your request.​ A nonrefundable payment will be taken when we confirm your one-time beginner group lesson. You must have a party reservation booked to be eligible to request a one-time beginner group lesson. Limited availability. This party add-on isnot offered from November through April.

​​Ice Rentals

Rent out the ice rink for your exclusive use -- for your private event, training session, corporate event, fundraiser, broomball, photo shoot, film production, etc. Contact tmartin@fairfaxicearena.com for more information.​

Planning your holiday parties for your family, friends, office, or group organizations? Get the rink all to yourselves for your event.

Additional Food and Drinks

For an additional cost, you can order additional pizza, other food and snack items, and drinks when you check-in for your party reservation. Payment for additional food and drinks will be made at the end of your party in the box office.

Fundraising Events

We can help you arrange your next fun-filled fundraising event. Fundraising events can be held during our public ice skating sessions or you can rent out the ice rink for your fundraising event.


When you hold your skating fundraiser during our public ice skating session times you can get:

  • a private area to gather your attendees

  • hot chocolate for a fee

  • $2 back for every paid admission for your event  


Rent out the ice rink for your ice skating fundraiser event.  You get exclusive use of the ice rink just for your event attendees. 

Private ice rental times:​

    6:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

  • Sundays
    5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.​

​​​​​​​​​​​​Have your next party at Fairfax Ice Arena. Parties are held during public skating session times. Space is limited. Reservations must be made 3 days in advance. ​​​​

  • ​​No outside food and drinks are allowed except for a birthday cake or cupcakes, and treat bags. 
  • Items that need to be plugged in are not allowed.
  • ​No professional cameras, flash photography, action cameras, gimbals, drones, and tripods are allowed on and off the ice. 
  • To cancel or reschedule your party package reservation, please call the office manager at (703) 323-1132 or email at officemanager@fairfaxicearena.com within 72 hours in advance.​​

The full party package payment of $175 for weekday or $225 for a weekend is required for the reservation. You may cancel up to 72 hours before the party date. There is a $35 cancellation fee. All party package add-ons are due on the day of your party.​​​​

PARTIES, FUNDRAISERS and ICE RENTALS

Party Buddy – $49 

Get your party started off on the right foot.  A party buddy will work with your guests off-ice for 30 minutes to make sure that they have properly tied skates and helmets and if time allows, go over some tips for skating. There is no maximum for the number of guests the party buddy can assist. This party package add-on is based on availability and must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. You will receive a phone call to confirm your request and payment is due when we have confirmed a party buddy for you. You must have a party reservation booked to be eligible to request a party buddy. Limited availability.
