The I.S.I. Summer Skating Camp is a full week of concentrated ice skatingfor ages 4–17, in Gamma through Freestyle 6 levels. You will receive instruction in the following areas: show program, stroking, maneuvers and an introduction to field moves/edge work.
Space is limited for each level. Additional $15 charge for registrations made on or after August 11, 2024.

The annual Spring Break Ice Skating Camp is for kids ages 4–6 and 7–13 in beginner to Delta levels. The camp will provide lunch, skates and helmet rental for use during camp, and includes on-ice skating instruction, show practice, supervised practice skating during our public ice skating session, and off-ice fitness and games. Camp skaters will perform a group number during the show on Friday, April 18, 4:00-4:25 PM.
Space is limited for each level so register today.

This eight-week summer program is for skating levels Tot 5, Alpha and Beta, ages 4–6, and Beta through Freestyle 1, ages 7–13. Skaters will learn a group or solo program to a movie song.There will be a recital at the end of the eight-week program.

The annual winter holiday ice show is a great way for skaters ages 4 and up to showcase their skating skills, and learn performance skills, teamwork and choreography.
To participate in the show, register at the lesson office for a group performance class, or a solo / small group performance.
Group Number Performance
Prerequisite: must have passed Tot 3/4 for ages 4-6; and Alpha for ages 7-13, and 14 & up. If it has been more than 3 months since you last skated or took a group lesson, you are qualified to register for a level below.
All classes are 6 weekly lessons that are 30-minutes in duration. Classes are separated by levels and age groups. Group performances are offered for skaters of all ages who have passed Tot 3/4, Tot 5, Alpha through Freestyles.
During the class students will learn and practice a group program for the ice show that will be held on December 13. Skate rental is included for the registered student to use during their weekly class and for their performance. Classes will begin in late October.
Solo or Small Group Performance
Prerequisite: ages 4 years old and up; skaters must have passed Freestyle 4 and up (USFS Free Skate 3)
The registration allows the skater or small group of skaters to perform one program during the holiday ice show. Skater(s) must register ahead of time to do a solo or small group performance.
Prerequisite: Skaters must be 7–15 years old during the camp dates and have passed levels Beta through Freestyle 6. Register for the level you last passed. If it has been 6-12 months since you last skated or took a group lesson on a level, register for a level below.
This eight-week summer program is for students ages 7–13, skating levels Beta through Freestyle 6. Skaters will learn a group or solo program to rock n' roll music. There will be a recital at the end of the eight-week program.

Experience the thrill of being part of an ice skating show! Fairfax Ice Arena offers two shows in the summer, and a winter holiday ice show in December. These programs offer skaters the opportunity to learn choreography, showmanship, and teamwork. Also these programs are platforms for skaters to showcase their skating skills and growth, and is a great way to introduce them to different disciplines of skating: show skating and competitive skating.
